Description:
This video will show you how to create your own customized Booking Links for you and your company, so that you’re able to include them in your marketing emails and on your website for easy scheduling. You can create separate Booking Links for each service or type of appointment that you offer, and there is no limit to the number of Booking Links or appointments that you can create and schedule. In just four steps, you’ll be able to create a Booking Link so that you can begin taking online appointments.
You can create new Booking Links and manage your existing ones under the Booking Links tab. From the Booking Links and Sharing menu, you can edit, delete, or share Booking Links that you’ve already created. If you are an Admin, you are able to view the Booking Links for your entire team, as well as create links for other team members. To create a new Booking Link, click the green button at the top right of the page.
Step 1 - Booking Link Basics
In the first step of the Booking Link setup, Booking Link Basics, you will input some general information about the type of appointment that you wish to schedule. You can start from scratch, or copy Booking Link settings from a previous event that you’ve created. If you are an account Admin, you can copy the Booking Link settings from any of your team members’ links.
First, enter the title of the Event or Appointment that you’d like to schedule. This title will appear in confirmation emails to you and your customer and will be seen on the calendar, followed by the customer’s name that scheduled the individual appointment.
Next, enter a description of the appointment or event type. This will appear in confirmation emails to your customers and can be seen on the Booking Link page when your customers or prospects schedule with you. It will also be included in the calendar event details.
Under Locations/Instructions, you have the option to provide a meeting address to your customer, to include a phone number for them to call, or request a phone number from them. You can also have AppointmentCore automatically set up a GoToMeeting video conference or a Zoom Meeting, and include the meeting instructions in the confirmation emails and calendar event details. GoToMeeting & Zoom must be enabled by an account Admin in their Account Settings. Lastly, if you’d like to add your own custom meeting instructions to tell your customers any special details, what to bring or how best to prepare for the appointment, you can add this here.
