[Gen2 version]
A one-click booking link will allow your customer to book an appointment with you without entering any details on the booking form. Once they open the booking link and select a time slot, the appointment will be created automatically.
To be able to use a One-click booking link with your campaign please follow these steps:
- Connect your ActiveCampaign account on the My Extensions page.
- Create a one-click booking link by selecting “Send information from CRM” on the Automations step and selecting ActiveCampaign:
- Get the booking link URL by copying it on the Publishing step.
- Insert this link into an email in your campaign. Please make sure you’re inserting it using the Link button in the email editor and not pasting the URL as-is:
When your customer receives the email, they will be able to easily book an appointment with you by clicking the link in the email.
How does this work? The one-click booking link URL looks like this: https://go.appointmentcore.com/guest/book/AKVgnX?cid=acp:%CONTACTID%. Note the %CONTACTID%
at the end of the URL. When ActiveCampaign sends an email, it will automatically replace %CONTACTID%
with the real contact ID. AppointmentCore will detect this ID and pull the contact details from your ActiveCampaign account. Your customer will only need to select an appointment time and will not have to enter their details on the booking form.
