Zapier Integration Guide

Currently, Appointmentcore Supports 3 types of triggers for Zapier which includes:

  • New Booking
  • Reschedule Booking
  • Cancel Booking

Integration Setup

Setup your Zap

  1. Give your zap a name
  2. Search for AppointmentCore app

Select the Trigger Type

Click Sign in to AppointmentCore

You would be redirected to AppointmentCore to sign-in page:

On successful login, you can return to the Zapier editor tab and continue.

Select the Booking Link for this integration

Select the Booking Link for this integration from the dropdown - this will list your booking links from AppointmentCore

At this stage, you can see the kind of information that is available from an appointment by clicking Test & Review

Click on "Booking A" to see sample data, which you will use in the next steps

Click Done Editing

 

Set up Zapier Action to Trigger


Now that you are done with the trigger, you can now set up the action, that is what will happen when your connected booking link has a new booking

Choose the app that you want to integrate with

For example, here we have select Gmail app and selected Action Event Send Email

Sign in to your Gmail

Return to Zap Editor’s page to customize the email

Click the icon in the red circle to add fields in the booking link data that this Zap will receive, and send to the action app

You can click Test & Review

Turn on the zap

Hurray!

To test, create a booking with the select booking link and you get an email from the zap integration.
