With AppointmentCore's Cancel/Reschedule feature, you can include links in your confirmation and reminder emails that you and your customers can click to easily cancel or reschedule an appointment. In the second step of the booking link setup, you can enable this feature for a particular type of appointment. When your customers received their confirmation email, it will contain a link for them to cancel or reschedule. This will ensure that the cancelled events are removed from their calendar and that any automated emails or reminders from AppointmentCore will stop. If a customer reschedules, it will update the calendar event and any AppointmentCore reminder sequences.
