In this video, you’ll learn how to link an Infusionsoft webform with an AppointmentCore scheduling link. Maybe you’d like your customers to fill out a custom webform before selecting a time for their appointment, or maybe you want them to be re-directed to your webform after scheduling. Follow these simple instructions to set this up.
To have your customers fill out a webform first, then be directed to the scheduling page for booking, create a simple campaign in Infusionsoft with a “Signed up for newsletter” goal. Double-click the icon to create your webform. You can add text, images, colors, and personalize the questions on your webform. Once you are finished designing your webform, click “Thank-You Page” and insert the URL of the AppointmentCore booking link that corresponds with your new webform. Lastly, be sure to check “Pass Contact’s Information to the Thank-You Page” so that your customers don’t have to input their information again while booking. When you’re finished, go back to the campaign and publish your changes.
You’re all set. Once someone completes your webform, they will be re-directed to your AppointmentCore scheduling page to finish their booking.
To have your customers fill out a webform AFTER they select a time for their appointment, insert the URL of the WEBFORM link from Infusionsoft into the re-direct URL section of your appointment request. After booking, they will be re-directed to your webform to finish scheduling. Note that with this option, the customer will have to input their information twice—once to schedule the appointment, and again to fill out the additional information on the webform.
