Scheduling multiple sessions in a row.
There are choices on how you would want to configure the example given with 8 sessions. Most of the actual automation magic takes place in Infusionsoft and the choices are many. In this scenario, you will use the AppointmentCore Reminder Emails/Text messages so you do not have to use 24 Custom Fields.
Scenario 1 : 8 -Accountability Call Sessions (example)
-> Set up 8 Different Schedule Requests in AppointmentCore (for each coach if needed)
--> Session 1 TAG = Session 1
--> Session 2 TAG = Session 2
--> Session 3 TAG = Session 3
--> Session 4 TAG = Session 4
--> Session 5 TAG = Session 5
--> Session 6 TAG = Session 6
--> Session 7 TAG = Session 7
--> Session 8 TAG = Session 8
If you wanted Clients to schedule the all 8 Sessions at one time, they would need to schedule in 8 steps. Because they are already in Infusionsoft you would send them the "Existing Contact" link from Infusionsoft. That way they do not have to fill out any information, just choose the date/time and click it.
The Custom Header Area of each request would tell them they are now scheduling for Session ? each one would be differnt.
--> Schedule request #1 would redirect (using custom settings option) to Schedule request #2
--> Schedule request #2 would redirect to Schedule request #3
--> Schedule request #3 would redirect to Schedule request #4
--> Schedule request #4 would redirect to Schedule request #5
--> Schedule request #5 would redirect to Schedule request #6
--> Schedule request #6 would redirect to Schedule request #7
--> Schedule request #7 would redirect to Schedule request #8
--> Schedule request #8 would go to the Confirmation Page where you would have entered "Custom Header" and "Custom Confirmation" information about completing the scheduling of the 8 sessions.
Since each one of the Schedule Requests have a Unique TAG added in Infusionsoft, you can trigger different Campaigns for each Session. You would want to use the AppointmentCore Reminder Emails in this scenario instead of coming from Infusionsoft because the "Custom Fields would all be overwritten by each new appointment. (( Unless you actually have enough "Custom Fields to assign unique ones to each session. Currently Infusionsoft limits you to 100, and this scenario would take 16 up to 24 Fields ))
The 8 Schedule Request would have to be setup for Each of your 4 Coaches in their User accounts. This is one example of how scheduling 8 consecutive sessions could be accomplished.
