How do I set up AppointmentCore for my organization?


As an Administrator, CEO, or Director, what do you need to know to set up AppointmentCore?

  • Each User, Practitioner, or Location gets set up as their own ‘user’ in AppointmentCore.  The number of users available to you is based on your user level.  You can go into your settings area to manage user accounts:

  • As the administrator, you’ll want to set up your Company Settings:

The next step is setting up your Calendar Settings.  You’ll do this for yourself, and then for each of your users -- connecting the calendar for each user.
